  春节的一个主要内容就是吃喝,不仅要吃年夜饭,在整个春节期间都有各种各样的聚餐、宴会,吃的都是大家认为好吃的东西。但是我们认为好吃的东西不等于就是健康的食物,实际上好吃的食物往往是高脂肪、高热量、高糖分、高盐分,对健康是不利的。但是整个春节期间,这一类的东西恰恰是我们吃得比较多的,满满的一桌年夜饭主要都是大鱼大肉、油炸的食品,还有腌肉、咸肉,以及各种小吃、甜点。而被认为比较健康的食品如蔬菜、水果,反而比较少,一桌子饭可能就有一两盘蔬菜,最后上一盘果盘点缀,一桌子的人一分,量是很少的。所以春节饮食的一个主要问题就是饮食不均衡,营养结构被打乱了。另外一个问题是吃得太多,比平时要多吃很多,特别是那些高蛋白、高脂肪、高热量的东西在整个春节期间吃得比较多,不仅容易长胖,还会带来健康方面的隐患。


  春节期间大家难免要喝酒,平时滴酒不沾的人这个时候都会喝点,不喝的话别人也会劝你喝。平时就喝酒的人这个时候更是拼命地喝。适当喝点酒是可以的,但是喝酒过量不仅会让人醉,还会不知不觉地对健康造成多种危害。只要有几天的时间喝酒太多,脂肪就会在肝脏堆积起来导致脂肪肝。酒精还会对心肌细胞造成损伤,会导致一种叫做酒精性心肌病的心脏病,其中一个表现是心律不齐,有可能就会导致各种心脏病甚至猝死。特别是平时不怎么喝酒的人,这个时候喝多了心脏更容易出问题,医学界有一个说法叫做假日心脏综合征。
