中国自主研制大客机发动机验证机首台整机点火成功
新华社上海5月20日电(记者贾远琨)记者20日从中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司了解到,近日,我国自主研制的大型客机发动机验证机(CJ-1000AX)首台整机在上海点火成功,核心机转速最高达到6600rpm。 中国航发商发负责承担CJ-1000AX研制工作,自2017年12月首台整机完成装配以来,克服了调试带来的诸多困难,于2018年3月30日在上海临港总装试车台完成了全部调试工作,并通过了试验前评审。落实专家代表提出的各项意见建议后,近日首次点火一次成功,初步验证了各部件及相关系统的功能和匹配性,后续将开展发动机整机初步性能摸底试验。 航空发动机被誉为制造业领域“皇冠上的明珠”,研制技术难度大、风险高、投入多、周期长。商用航空发动机已成为中国大飞机产业发展亟待突破的瓶颈。 2016年12月,中国航发商发与中国商用飞机有限责任公司签订C919飞机系列动力装置意向书,被正式确认为C919飞机国内动力装置提供商。同月,中国航发商发与中国民用航空适航审定中心签署合作框架协议,于2017年4月向中国民用航空适航审定中心递交了为国产大飞机配套的唯一国产动力CJ-1000A项目适航工作联系函。 中国航发商发遵循“主制造商-供应商”研制模式,积极拓展国内外供应商资源网络,依托中国航空研究院上海分院构建产学研协同创新体系,目前已有110多家全球合作伙伴参与中国商用航空发动机产业,涉及产品研发、制造、原材料以及试验测试等领域。 2018-05-21 00:53:49 新华社 原标题:我国自主研制大客机发动机验证机首台整机点火成功 http://news.china.com/domestic/945/20180521/32430066.html? 2CNN VR ARCHIVES 2 IN THE PIT OF A WILDFIRE As separate wildfires rage through Southern California, witness the damage in Ventura County, where tens of thousands of people were forced to flee the blaze.
